  • What was included in the service you paid for (and what wasn’t)?

  • Was the product/service good value for money?

2 - Pros and Cons of the Product/Service

  • What were the best bits about the product/service?

  • What features impressed you the most?

  • What’s your favourite part/feature/service?

  • Which features could be improved?

  • What about the product/service were disappointing or unexpected?

3 - Evaluate the Product/Service

  • Did the product work for its intended use?

  • Did the product work well and were there any problems?

  • Did the service include everything you expected it to?

  • Was there anything about the product/service that stood out?

  • What was your user experience of the product? Did you like it?

  • Who would benefit most from using the product/service?

4 - Your Recommendation

  • Would you buy this product/use this service again? And why?

  • What makes this product/service better or worse than others on the market?

  • What type of person would appreciate this product/service the most?

  • Would you recommend the product/service to a friend?
